The Echtermeyer Lab focuses on applied research in the fields of Graphene & 2D-Materials, Nano-& Opto-Electronics, Nano- and Micro-(Opto-)Electro-Mechanical-Systems and Advanced Manufacturing. We are working on novel technical solutions to advance progress in the down-scaling, speed and versatility of electronic devices such as transistors and photo-detectors, the co-integration of mechanical components at the nano- and micro-scale with electronic devices and novel manufacturing processes required for these.
