Nanoelectronic Devices and Nanomaterials

I currently teach a 4th year MEng unit in the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering focusing on the device physics and fabrication of down-scaled electronic device such as MOSFETs as well as devices operating on quantum mechanical effects and novel devices incorporating 2D-materials.
